Library will feature Black History program

Newton Falls Public Library, 204 S. Canal St., will have a Black History month program at 2 p.m. Saturday about Helen Albert, a well-known influential woman in the Mahoning Valley, and featuring poems and short stories by Jeanne Bryner. For information call 330-872-1282 or visit newtonfalls.org.
