St. Joseph Immaculate Heart of Mary School hosted the first of four kindergarten Round-Up Days on Jan. 24, as kindergarten teacher Erin Glaab set up centers with a country and western theme for her kindergarten class and prospective students.
The centers included horse lassoing, cattle number round-up, making and drinking fresh-squeezed orange juice and cowboy boot design. Students also had an opportunity to use laptop computers and visit the art room where they created their own abstract masterpieces using exploratory art techniques.
