GIRARD
A Cortland man accused of stabbing a 17-year-old appeared in municipal court here Wednesday.
Daniel Lee Kelley, 19, waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Judge Kurt Latell who bound him over to Trumbull County Common Pleas Court for further proceedings.
Kelley is facing a felonious assault charge after police said he stabbed a juvenile outside Burger King on South State Street on Jan. 16.
Latell lowered Kelley’s bond from $50,000 to $15,000, with 10 percent cash surety. He said Kelley must remain on house arrest if he is bailed out. Kelley is in the Trumbull County Jail.

lower his bond? Come up with $150 cash and out on house arrest. Yea, I'm sure he will stay at home all day under house arrest.
Oh the future of America. We are in so much trouble.
