Edward Jr. and Linda Sferra of Columbiana are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Sferra, to Barry Kimpel, both of Columbiana.
The future groom is a son of William Kimpel of Columbiana and Wendy Berger of Poland.
The Barn & Gazebo of Salem will be the setting of the evening outdoor wedding ceremony and reception July 13. Invitations will be issued for both.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Kent State University, where she received an associate’s degree in business management. She is a bookkeeper for Federal Iron Works of Columbiana.
The prospective groom is a third-generation jeweler at Kimpel’s Jewelry of Columbiana.
