Police arrested a 46-year-old township woman, already punished for drug crimes, on Thursday on two counts of drug trafficking.
Marijo Mazon of Trenholm Road is in Mahoning County jail. She was booked by phone while in custody in the jail on earlier drug-possession charges.
In October, police charged her with possession of drugs and dangerous drugs after a search warrant at her home.
On Tuesday, Mazon pleaded guilty to the drug-possession charge in Mahoning County Area Court here.
Her other charge of possession of dangerous drugs was reduced to a first-degree misdemeanor. A judge gave her 180 days in jail, with 130 suspended. She also was referred to an alcohol- and drug-assessment program.
The police October search of her home also led to the drug-trafficking charges filed against her Thursday.
Police said the delay in filing those charges was due to additional time needed to investigate the matter.
She has a preliminary hearing on those charges at 10 a.m. Feb. 4.
