If you're out, tell us about the roads; if you're home, stay there

Published: Sat, December 14, 2013 @ 5:36 p.m.

Driving conditions are poor on many roads in Mahoning and Trumbull counties this evening as the snow keeps coming.

Plows and salt trucks are out, but can't keep up with the amount of precipitation.

Parking bans are in effect for many communities to allow them to clear as much of roads as possible.

Both lanes of state Route 11 are open, but most traffic is slowed to 50 mph at best on the 65 mph highway.

If you're out, message us at news@vindy.com to let us know conditions where you are, and check back with newswatch as we update this report throughout the night.
