Warren woman accused of theft at TJ Maxx

BOARDMAN

Boardman police arrested a Warren woman on Monday after a retail store accused her of taking more than $200 in merchandise. Andrea Bush, 31 of Douglas Street is charged with theft without consent, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Loss prevention at TJ Maxx and More on U.S. Route 224 told police Bush concealed five scarves, five hats and a metal flask.

Bush was released on a summons. She will appear in Mahoning County Court in Boardman at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

Sounds like she was just trying to stay warm (did she have anything in the flask yet ??)
