COITSVILLE

Three men were cited Tuesday with violating Mill Creek MetroParks rule for hunting in the McGuffey Wildlife Preserve.

The men, Cosmo Iamurri, 43, of Radio Road, Austintown, his son, Nicholas Iamurri, 20, also of Radio Road, and Anthony Dellisanti Jr., 40, of Powers Way, Youngstown, were issued the minor misdemeanor citations after a concerned citizen called Metroparks police to report a truck parked in the preserve lot.

The citizen reported seeing three men dressed in orange get out of the truck and enter the preserve.

The men told police they believed that hunting was permitted in the preserve, according to a report.

Their shotguns were taken as evidence.
