WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama says his signature health care law "is working and will work into the future."
Obama says the benefits of the law have "gotten lost" in recent months as attention focused on the widespread problems that crippled the website where people can sign up for health insurance.
The president says the website is now working well "for the vast majority of users." But he says more problems may pop up and the administration will fix them when they do.
Obama was joined at his health care event today by people the White House says have benefited from the law. It's the first in a series of events to try to refocus on positive aspects of the law after the troubled rollout of the insurance exchanges.
