Monster truck show canceled to accomodate Sir Elton

YOUNGSTOWN — The Elton John concert at Covelli Centre Feb. 1 has forced the postponement of the Toughest Monster Truck tour, originally scheduled to come to the arena Jan. 31 and Feb. 1.

No date has been set yet for the rescheduled Monster Truck tour. Ticketholders can get refunds at the point of purchase.

Live Nation announced today that Elton John will come to Covelli. Tickets for that show go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Covelli box office, ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets and by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

I say this is BS as for the people already bought tickets may have scheduled day off work and then to be bumped. WHY not just have him come a different DAY

Elton John will win this one every time. Get a refund on the tickets and go to work that day if you still can. You've got two months to figure it out.
