Local Christian theater troupe, No Plan B, will perform at 7 p.m. Sept. 7 at Grace United Methodist Church, 1725 Drexel NW.
The play, “All That Matters,” was co-written by Melanie Montoya, a member of the congregation. It is a story of a family camping trip arranged by four daughters in an attempt to help their father “get to heaven.”
An offering will be taken to benefit the Bella Women’s Center, a mission supported by Grace UMC.
Refreshments will be served after the performance.

Richard Koker will offer sign-language interpretation for a Mass at 8 a.m. Sunday on the concourse at the Canfield Fair. The Rev. Ed Noga, pastor of St. Patrick Church in Youngstown, will be the celebrant.
Greater Friendship Baptist, 646 Lakewood Ave., will conduct its annual Christian education workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 7 on the theme commitment.
Facilitators will be Pastor Raymond Mason of Alpha and Omega First Baptist Church, Pastor Larry McCollough of World Fellowship Church and evangelist Sherri Dawson.
Special presentations will be by Family Christian Book Store.

Tabernacle Baptist Church, 707 Arlington St., will host a men’s day weekend Friday through Sept. 8.
Events will be a fish fry from noon to 5 p.m. Friday for $8, a male chorus concert at 4 p.m. Sept. 7 and worship service at 11 a.m. Sept. 8 with speaker Elder Patrick Lyons of St. John Baptist Church in Erie, Pa.
