Eric Stanislaw, 45, East South Range Road, New Springfield, obstructing official business.

Lindsey Handel, 26, Willow Drive, Boardman, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

Brian McClearn, 22, Pierce Avenue, Sharpsville, Pa., possession of heroin.

Timothy Riley, 23, Glenaven Avenue, Youngstown, illegal possession of weapons and possession of cocaine.

Stephanie Rankin, 21, Cover Drive, Poland, possession of heroin.

Paul Finney, 32, Calla Road, aggravated possession of drugs.

Kayla Mergl-Farmer, 25, Burton Street Southeast, Warren, theft.

Jeffrey R. Burke, 19, Joyce Ann Drive, Canfield, two counts of burglary, six counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Angela Morales, 18, Meridian Road, aggravated possession of drugs.

Kenneth Coleman, 57, Lexington Avenue, illegal possession of weapons, and possession of heroin with a forfeiture specification.

Richard Joy, 41, West Woodbine Avenue, domestic violence.

Paula Matasic, 48, Amberly Drive, Austintown, possession of cocaine.

Clarence Carlisle, 61, Market Street, possession of cocaine.

Stacia Madasz, 23, West Market Street, Mercer, Pa., possession of heroin.

Devin Zamary, no age listed, Stanton Street, Sharon, Pa., possession of heroin.

Leonard Deangelis, 38, Marion Street, Struthers, felonious assault.

Ashley V. Giancola, 28, Meadowbrook Avenue, Youngstown, forgery and theft.

James Lottier Jr., 72, St. Louis Ave., Youngstown, theft.

Howard Viera, 48, Taft Avenue, Youngstown, identity fraud.

Jason E. Smith, 42, West Montrose Avenue, Liberty, five counts of breaking and entering, possessing criminal tools.

John Frank Zucco, 32, Manhattan Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property and two counts of forgery.

Kristina M. Felleti, 30, Bristlewood Drive, Boardman, receiving stolen property and two counts of forgery.

Jason Stiner, 29, Taylor Street, Hubbard, two counts receiving stolen property, three counts forgery and misuse of a credit card.
