BINGO, CARD PARTIES
Bethlehem Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America will present Back to School Bingo from 2 to 5 p.m. Sept. 7 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 388 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown. The youth of Bethel Lutheran Church, 425 Crestview Drive, Boardman, are presenting a craft, car and motorcycle show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. The original July 27 date was rained out. Registration is $8 in advance and $10 that day. There will be goodie bags and dash plaques for the first 100 participants and free T-shirts for the first 50 registered. St. Jude Craft Show will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 16 at St. Jude Activity Center, 180 Seventh St., Columbiana. It will feature hand-crafted and homemade items, a baskets auction, bake sale, prize raffle and lunch counter with a varied menu. It is sponsored by St. Jude Women’s Guild. Coitsville Presbyterian Church, 91 Coitsville-Hubbard Road, has closed and will have a rummage sale from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 24. Items for sale are kitchen pots, service pieces, dishes and glass items. Also available are church school teaching tools, choral music, craft items and books, tables and bookshelves, silk flower arrangements and seasonal decorations.
Grace United Methodist Church, 1725 Drexel NW, Warren, will host its annual rummage sale from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Buck-a-bag sale will be the last hour of the sale on Saturday. Baked goods and a light lunch will be available for purchase each day. The proceeds will support the church’s food pantry, which serves more than 50 families in need each month. Good-as-new and gently used clothing, furniture, sporting goods, home decor, holiday items, collectibles, books and more will be available. Junior Women’s League of Canfield is recruiting vendors for the 44th annual Fall Market on the Canfield Village Green scheduled from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 21.
