“The bachelorette” (8 p.m., abc): It’s the moment of truth on “The Bachelorette,” as Desiree Hartsock renders her decision in the two-hour season finale. Will it be a true (and lasting) love? Or is there some tabloid-ready emotional wreckage in the offing?
