International Latino Food festival is Friday in Youngstown

The Hispanic American Civic and Cultural Organization, also known as OCCHA Inc., will host its second annual International Latino Food Festival from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the OCCHA Social Hall, 3660 Shirley Road.

Countries to be represented include Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico and more.

The event will offer a variety of international Latino foods, soft drinks and beer for sale. The a la carte lunch and dinner menu prices are from $1 to $5, and dinner- combination prices range from $10 to $12.

There will be free admission and free on-site parking.

Other festivities include face painting, pinatas, raffles and cultural demonstrations throughout the day.
