Today’s entertainment picks:

v Greater Youngs-town Italian Festival,11 a.m. to 11 p.m.: Entertainment will begin after the opening ceremonies at 5 p.m. ($3 admission). The festival sprawls over six blocks of Federal Street, downtown; youngstownitalianfest.org.

v “Hairspray,” 8 p.m.: Catch up with Tracy Turnblad and friends as Salem Community Theater presents the 1960s pop musical. The theater is at 490 E. State St., Salem; call 330-332-9688.

v “The Taming of the Shrew,” 6 p.m.: Catch Shakespeare’s comedy in the beautiful outdoor setting of Morley Pavilion, in the Wick Recreation Area of Mill Creek Park, off McCollum Road, Youngs-town. Admission is free.

v Columbiana County Fair, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.: A truck and tractor pull will highlight the grandstand entertainment at 7 p.m. The fairgrounds are at 225 Lee Ave., Lisbon; columbianacountyfair.org.

v Wynonna and the Big Noise, 8 p.m.: Country music superstar headlines concert at The Harv auditorium at Mountaineer Resort, W.Va. Route 2, Chester, W.Va; 800-804-0468.

“America’s Next Top Model” (8 p.m., The CW): Oh, this should be interesting: “America’s Next Top Model” goes coed for its 20th cycle. First up: A pose-off on the streets of Hollywood.

“Great Performances” (10p.m., PBS): The Vienna Philharmonic pays tribute to Verdi and Wagner and Strauss with Michael “Fifty Schades of Tenor” Schade.

Reptile and reptor exhibit at farm

CANFIELD

The Herps Alive reptile and raptor exhibit will come to the Mill Creek Park MetroParks Farm on state Route 46 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. The event will include snakes from the Northern Ohio Association of Herpetologists, and Heather Merritt of Birds in Flight Sanctuary, who will bring her display of birds of prey. Dulci-More offers concert in park

SALEM

Members of Dulci-More folk and traditional music ensemble will present a free concert at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the bandshell of Waterworth Memorial Park on Sunset Boulevard. Audience members can make requests as there will be no set program. Concertgoers should bring a lawn chair or blanket.

Cavs seek dancers to perform at games

CLEVELAND

Auditions for the Cleveland Cavaliers Scream Team, a hip-hop dance crew that performs at games, will be Aug. 23 from 6-9 p.m. at Earth Nightclub, 1295 Old River Road. Admission is $5. Interested dancers must be at least 18 and are encouraged to pre-register at cavs.com/screamteam. Auditionee will perform a choreographed or freestyle routine in a showcase-style audition for a panel of judges. Participants will have the opportunity to go head-to-head for the title of Best of the Best, a grand prize of $150 and a guaranteed spot as a finalist.
