The episode is pegged to a voter-fraud plot and an ensuing court case that brings on some standout guest stars, including Martha Plimpton, Denis O’Hare, Dylan Baker and Ana Gasteyer.

“Game of Thrones” (9 p.m., HBO): “Game of Thrones” continues its blood-soaked saga as Jon (Kit Harington) passes a crucial test, Robb (Richard Madden) is betrayed and Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) learns the cost of weddings. OK, but when do we get to see the dragons again?
