March 25

Criminal damaging: A vehicle’s windows were broken and headlights and taillights shattered at apartments in the 1000 block of Compass West Drive.

Theft: Shayna Boyer, 36, of 5153 Canfield Road, Canfield and Cheryl Parsons, 59,of 8895 Youngstown-Salem Road, Canfield were arrested, accused of theft at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

March 27

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Theft: An outdoor light was stolen at a home in the 5000 block of Tarrytown Lane.

Theft: An xBox 360 was stolen at Walmart.

Theft: Jessica Kerr, 19, of 4816 Shadow Oak Drive was accused of theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: Megan Koniowsky, 26, of 725 Youngstown-Warren Road, Niles was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.

March 28

Theft: A suspect is accused of theft at Sheetz, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

Fraud: Identity theft was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Southward Drive.

Fraud: A phone scam for a free trip was reported at a home in the 4000 block of Crum Road.

Warrant: Timothy Dalton, 18, of 2205 Innwood Ave., was arrested on a warrant for receiving stolen property.

Theft: Money from a credit card was stolen at a home in the 100 block of Ohltown Road.

Warrant: William Barwick,60, of 170 Idaho Road was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.

Aggravated menacing: A threatening text message was reported at a home in the 1000 block of Old Farm Trail.

Drug offense: Dylan Walters, 18, of 9438 Kirk Road, North Jackson was arrested on charges of drug abuse, drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Drug offense: Megan Sullivan, of 22 Myron St., No. 3, Hubbard was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine and on a warrant for passing a bad check.

Warrant: Craig Sims, 35, of 593 E. Judson Ave., Youngstown was arrested on a warrant for complicity to forgery and attempted grand theft.

March 29

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to a charge account at a home in the 2000 block of Elmtrace Drive.

Theft: Stephanie Morehead, 24, of 847 Harbor Drive, Lake Milton was issued a summons on shoplifting at Walmart.

Theft: Kevin Kuszewski, 22, of 17220 Leffingwell Road, Berlin Center was released on a summons for theft and possession of drugs, unknown pills at Walmart.

Drug offense: Steven Moses, 54, of 32 Brookline Ave., Youngstown was arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking in marijuana.

Theft: A cell phone, charger and cigarettes were stolen from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Sheffield Drive.

Drug offense: Albert Casey, 40, of 575 Cohasset Drive, Youngstown was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and trafficking in marijuana.

March 30

Theft: Two cell phones were stolen from the Wireless Zone, 4774 Mahoning Ave.

Drug offense: David Bebbs, Jr. 21,of 135 Upland Ave., Youngstown was issued a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Theft: A wallet was stolen from a vehicle at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Drug offense: Jacob Hall, 20, of 2613 Rexford Road, Youngstown was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Theft: $1,000 was stolen from a home in the 6000 block of Calvary Court.

April 1

Criminal trespassing: Trespassing was reported at Austintown Middle School, 800 S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: A debit card was accessed at a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Breaking and entering: Copper pipe was taken from a home in the 4000 block of New Road.

Telecommunications harassment: Was reported at a home in the 3000 block of Starwick Drive.

Theft: Several firearms were stolen at a home in the 4000 block of Burgett Road.

Criminal damaging: Damage to a window from projectiles was reported at a home in the 2000 block of Woodland Trace.

April 2

Theft: A purse with $200 cash, a cell phone and other miscellaneous items was stolen at Styx, 3680 S. Meridian Road.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges to an account were reported at a home in the 20 block of Kleber Avenue.

Burglary: Copper pipe, wiring, an air conditioning unit and a water meter were taken from a home in the 4000 block of Norquest Blvd.

Theft: A victim reported Vicodin was missing from a home in the 3000 block of Mahoning Avenue.

April 3

Disorderly conduct: Dennis Kitchen, 51, of 1481 Yolanda Drive, Youngstown, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

Warrant: Daniel Beanier, 27, of 27 Spring St., South Hadley, MA, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges were made to an account at a home in the 20 block of Kleber Avenue.

Theft: A son is a suspect in a theft of checks and jewelry at a home in the 2000 block of Vollmer Drive.

Theft: A male subject stole a vacuum cleaner at Sears Service Center, 5760 Interstate Blvd.

Theft: A GPS was taken from an auto at a home in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.

Warrant: Jean Venzeio, 46, of 233 Idlewood Road, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear on theft charges.

Drug offense: Leo Cabot, 18, of 2685 Evelyn Road, Youngstown, was arrested on charges of drug abuse of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

April 5

Drug offense: Dwaine Thomas, 22, of 462 Fairgreen Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Theft: Tonya Bigelow, 23, of 4 Ross Drive, North Jackson, was issued a summons for shoplifting food at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: Nathan Sarver, 21, of 2871 Tamarac Drive, Newton Falls, was charged with complicity and theft and Nicole Lamb, 20, of 10626 Gladstone Road, North Jackson, was charged with theft and complicity for allegedly stealing a $199 cell phone at Walmart.

Recovered property: A bicycle was recovered in the 1000 block of Idaho Road.

Warrant: Shon Yaksich, 39, of 962 Martin Luther King Blvd., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a probation violation.

Drug offense: William Drummond, 27, of 204 B Drive, Warren, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

Recovered property: A white iPhone was recovered at Walmart.

April 6

Theft: A driver had a wallet stolen by a female at the TA Travel Center, 5400 Seventy-Six Drive.

Assault: A male was assaulted by a female caretaker at Raccoon Road and Four Mile Run Road.

Criminal damaging: A car was scratched at a home in the 100 block Idlewood Road.

Disorderly conduct: Richard Edwards, 51, of 161 Rhoda Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

Theft: Numerous energy drinks were taken at Walgreens, 5501 Mahoning Ave.

April 7

Disorderly conduct: Nicholas Williams, 44, of 17 Wilma Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct.

Warrant: D’Nyce Johnson, 21, of 2025 29th St., Canton, was arrested on a warrant for obstructing official business, and for possession of marijuana, and Dwaylon Gibbs, 22, of 833 Marmion Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

Criminal damaging: Rocks were thrown at an apartment window in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.

Breaking and entering: A rear door was forced open and copper was taken at a home in the 1000 block of Lancaster Drive.

Recovered property: Bones were located on Lanterman Road.

Drug offense: Jeffrey Melner, 18, of 4829 Pine Trace St., was issued a summons for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Fraud: An elderly male was scammed out of $375 at Walmart.

Theft: An iPhone was stolen at a home in the 3000 block of Staatz Drive.

Warrant: Frank Consiglio, 20,of 3900 Mercedes Place, No. 27, Canfield was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.

Theft: Two cellphones were taken at Sprint, 5625 Mahoning Ave.

Warrant: David Garcia, 48, of 115 Ayers St., Youngstown, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.

Warrant: Donald Phillips, 45, of 1055 S. Canfield-Niles Road, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for pretrial.

April 8

Theft: A wallet was stolen from a truck at Club 76, 5335 Seventy-Six Drive.

Lost or stolen property: Keys were lost or stolen at a home in the 4000 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: Jewelry was taken from a home in the 1000 block of Laurelwood Place.

Telecommunications harassment: A woman reported receiving unwanted calls at an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West Drive.

Domestic violence: Daniel Verdinek, 27, of 1456 Maplewood Drive was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

April 9

Theft: A woman reported a theft at Subway, 825 N.Canfield-Niles Road.

Burglary: Copper pipe was taken from a home in the 100 block of S. Main St.

Breaking and entering; Money was taken at a home in the 400 block of N. Raccoon Road.

Attempted felonious assault: A 16-year-old was arrested for attempted felonious assault at a home in the 1000 block of N. Roanoke Avenue.

Recovered property: Two debit/credit cards were recovered at Dollar General,1739 S. Raccoon Road.

Assault: A male and a female are suspects in an assault at Mike’s Lounge, 5532 Mahoning Ave.

Burglary: Minor damage was done to two screens, but no entry was gained at an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West.

April 10

Fraud: An unauthorized charge was made to an account at a home in the 5000 block of Stanford Avenue.

Identity theft: A victim’s Social Security number was used to open an account at a home in the 1000 block of Maplecrest

Drive.

Breaking and entering: Copper was stolen from a vacant house in the 3000 block of Cannon Road.

Theft: Robert Purfey, 70, of 6300 South Ave., Boardman was issued a summons for theft at Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.

April 11

Criminal damaging: Damage to two windows and boxes of floor tiles was done at a home in the 200 block of Idaho Road.

Fraud: Unauthorized charges to a victim’s account were reported at a home in the 1000 block of Birch Trace Drive.

Warrant: Daniel Pahel, 53, of 2446 Amberly Ave., Youngstown was arrested on a warrant for domestic violence.

Robbery: Marius Fanea, 35, of 6919 Glenwood Ave., Boardman was accused of robbery at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave. after an employee was pepper sprayed. Taken was a First Alert cash and key safe worth $13.99 and two bottles of Krazy Glue, valued at $2.89 each.

Theft: An ATM card was taken and used from a home in the 4000 block of Nantucket Drive.

April 12

Criminal damaging: Damage to paint from a sharp object was reported at an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Theft: A purse and contents were stolen from an apartment in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Drug offense: Jason Burlingham, 25, of Andover, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Theft: Carol Welsh, 50, of 1414 Fifth Ave., Youngstown was arrested in the theft of $37.22 in merchandise at Walmart,6001 Mahoning Ave.

April 13

Drug offense: Seth Manda, 21, of 5375 East Drive,Niles, was issued a summons for possession of marijuana.

Theft: Dena Wright, 37,of 1147 Waverly Place, Youngstown was issued a summons for theft of $31.75 in merchandise at Dollar General, 1739 S. Raccoon Road.

Drug offense: Marcus Washington, 19, of 1960 McClure Ave., Youngstown was issued a summons for possession of dangerous drugs, four Tramadol.

Disorderly conduct: Michellelynn Gallagher, 39, of 4711 Woodhurst Drive, Apt. 7 was issued a summons for domestic violence.

April 14

Criminal trespass: Timothy Menton, 31, 578 Woodside Drive, Youngstown was issued a summons for criminal trespass in the 1000 block of Compass West.

Theft: Change and a radar detector were taken from an auto at BW3, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Telecommunications harassment: A woman reported being harassed by phone at a home in the 6000 block of Winter Ridge Court.

Burglary: A jar of change, and an xBox, and accessories were stolen from an apartment in the 400 block of S. Raccoon Road.

Warrant: Elijah Jackson, 28, of 1486 Woodcrest Ave., Youngstown was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear on both assault and criminal damaging.

Theft: Medicine was stolen at a home in the 4000 block of Burkey Road.
