Boardman woman says intruder tied her and wanted money

boardman

A woman who lives in the Glen told police that she awoke early Thursday to find an intruder in her home.

She told police that the man used his shoelaces to tie her and demanded money. When he took her upstairs, the woman’s husband woke up and the man fled.

Police brought a police dog to the scene, but the dog didn’t pick up a scent. The woman was unable to give a description of the intruder.
