Today’s entertainment picks are:

v Animal Baby Shower, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: The tradition continues to welcome new arrivals at Mill Creek MetroParks Farm, 7574 Columbiana-Canfield Road, Canfield.

YSU, Beecher set free art lectures

Youngstown State University’s department of art and the Beecher Center for Art and Technology will present three free art lectures.

Jason Martin’s Power Animal Systems, a performance ensemble, video project and photographic series, will be featured at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in McDonough Museum of Art.

Hrafnhildur Arnardottir, an artist from Iceland, will speak at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday in McDonough Museum of Art lecture hall.

Caroline Savery will talk about how to start small worker-owned comparatives, focusing on small tech, design and artist cooperatives at 5:30 p.m. April 24 in McDonough Museum of Art lecture hall.

SIX brothers to perform at Packard

Dubbed “An Orchestra of Human Voices,” SIX combines the musical showmanship and energy of six brothers (Barry, Kevin, Lynn, Jak, Owen and Curtis).

“SIX!” is the final show of the 2012-13 Warren Civic Music Association season.

The show will be at 7:30 p.m. April 16 at Packard Music Hall, 1703 Mahoning Avenue N.W.

SIX features everything from Elvis, Frankie Valli, Beach Boys and Tom Jones to LMFAO, MC Hammer, Kansas, Coldplay and Journey.

Tickets are $35 and can be ordered by calling 330-399-4885 or purchased at Packard the day of the show.
