Society spring dinner to explore Niles history

NILES

The Niles Historical Society will host a spring dinner April 24 at Ciminero’s Banquet Center, 123 Main St.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and dinner will be at 6.

Sandy Bilovesky, Nancy Malone and Donna Nellis will explore the history of Niles with facts, artifacts and trivia in their discussion, “Are You Smarter Than a Third Grader?” The program will focus on the traveling trunk that is presented to Niles third-graders during school presentations and in the Ward-Thomas House. Artifacts and historical photos will be shared.

The dinner is open to the public. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased by calling the Niles Historical Society at 330-544-2143 or Sandy Bilovesky at 330-652-8329.
