Lane F.H. to offer classes on antiques


The third in a series of free educational classes will take place from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. April 22 at the Lane Family Funeral Home Center, 45 N. Broad St.

This class, “Heritage and Preservation, It’s Important to All of Us,” will focus on the how-to’s of preserving antique clothing, furniture, newspapers, magazines and photos and the importance of cataloging your heirlooms.

Speakers will be from the Arms Museum, Loghurst and the John Stark Edwards Museum.

Admission is free and snacks and refreshments will be provided.
