Organist Wilson to perform with Warren Philharmonic Orchestra

WARREN

The Warren Philharmonic Orchestra will present a concert featuring Rimsky-Korsakov’s “Scheherazade: Tales from the Arabian Nights” at 3 p.m. Sunday at Christ Episcopal Church, 2627 Atlantic St. NE.

Organist Todd Wilson will perform on the pipe organ at the concert, which also will include Mozart’s “The Impresario Overture” and Poulenc’s Concerto for Organ in G Minor.

Susan Davenny Wyner is music director and conductor.

The WPO also revealed its 2013-14 season. It will include a family concert titled “Strange and Amazing Voyages” at 3 p.m. Nov. 3; and “Spring in Paris” on April 27, 2014.
