Troopers seize 65 pounds of marijuana
TOLEDO – Three California men are facing felony drug charges after Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers seized approximately 65 pounds of hydroponic marijuana, worth an estimated $416,000, following a traffic stop on the Ohio Turnpike.
Troopers stopped a 2010 Honda Civic for a following too close violation on the Ohio Turnpike, eastbound, near milepost 56, at 8:33 a.m. on September 18. Troopers observed criminal indicators and a Patrol drug-sniffing canine alerted to the vehicle. A probable cause search revealed the marijuana sealed in vacuum sealed packages and concealed in the bumpers of the vehicle and inside the door panels.
The driver, Jonathan Almanzo Soeun, 20, and passenger, Da Seth, 25, both of Stockton, Calif., and passenger, Walter Lee Rath, 21, of West Sacramento, Calif., were incarcerated in the Lucas County Jail and charged with drug abuse and trafficking in drugs, both second-degree felonies
If convicted, each could face up to 16 years in prison and up to a $30,000 fine.

reminds me of the Cheech and Chong movieup in smoke. I bet the fast food places in that area will take a hit in business! LOL
These guys are so stupid, the only thing they know is how to make money illegally.
These young kids need some adult supervision.
Jonathanm, Da (what kind of name is DA) and Walter should be on TruTV's Worlds Dumbest Criminals. Idiots.
Now now, you're all so quick to judge. Perhaps that was the MEDICAL marijuana being brought up here to help all the Ohio people with glaucoma, cancer or autoimmune disorders such as Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus.
Those brave young men risked their freedom to bring the medicinal comfort of a naturally grown plant to suffering Ohioans. You should all be out there protesting for their release!
Bra, this totally bogus! Fer sure.
