Boardman street signs stolen

BOARDMAN

Five street signs were stolen off Glenwood Avenue between Aylesboro Avenue and Ewing Road.

The theft was reported to police at about 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to reports.

If those who took the signs are apprehended, they could face felony vandalism charges.

they really need to STOP doing this. what good will it possibly YIELD them? there's only ONE WAY this will lead, to a DEAD END. they must be SLOW CHILDREN. they need to KEEP RIGHT. in school, they probably DO NOT PASS.

Boardman, otherwise known as Youngstown South.

White flight, the Columbiana area is becoming the new Boardman.

I would never wish anything bad to Columbiana, just saying that it is becoming the destination of those who want to escape the ills of Boardman.

It is the same as in the 1950's and 60's when Boardman was the go to place for Youngstowners who could afford to escape the growing problems there.
