Local UAW president blasts Romney ad
YOUNGSTOWN
The leaders of two local auto unions are demanding that Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney stop airing two advertisements that reference General Motors and Chrysler.
The advertisements being run by Romney are intentionally misleading and are designed to scare the public, said Dave Green, president of United Auto Workers 1714 in Lordstown.
The add states that General Motors cut 15,000 American jobs. It also mentions both GM and Chrysler intend to increase the number of vehicles they build in China.
“The insinuation is that GM has cut American jobs and plans to move those jobs to China that couldn’t be further from the truth,” Green said.

I highly doubt that local union leaders have any idea as to what the long term plans of GM's leadership are.
Romney would`nt know a fact or the truth if it bit him.Throws out lies hoping people are dumb enough to believe them
I would think local UNION leaders have a greater knowledge of GM future the Willard does.
Romney rambles so much he has no idea what is true and what are lies anymore. Even if he spoke the truth today he will LIE about it tomorrow.
