Mother pleads guilty in rape of daughter at Children Services
WARREN
Felicia Banks Beemer, the Warren woman whose cell phone video of herself and her husband committing child rape touched off an investigation of Trumbull County Children Services, pleaded guilty today to the rapes.
She was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison. Her husband, Cody Beemer, was sentenced earlier to 25 years to life.
Felicia Beemer had no comment during the hearing before Judge W. Wyatt McKay of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court or afterward.

they shoulda both got life sentences with no chance for parole. in 15 years she will be out and claim another victim. i hope the mothers in prison see to it she never gets out!!!!!
