3 charged with illegal voting in central Ohio

Published: Wed, October 17, 2012 @ 11:35 a.m.

COLUMBUS (AP) — A central Ohio grand jury has indicted three people for allegedly voting more than once in past elections.

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said the indictments Tuesday charged the three with felony voter fraud. All allegedly tried to vote twice by absentee ballot, two of them in the 2010 general election and one in the 2008 primary election.

Illegal voting is a 4th-degree felony, punishable by up to 18 months in prison.

The three cases were referred to the prosecutor’s office by a unanimous vote of the county board of elections in Columbus. The county referred cases of suspected double voting to the prosecutor’s office in 2007 and 2009. Both resulted in convictions.

So, 5 people out of nearly 20 million voters.

Sounds systematic to me. Not to mention, we somehow caught them while not having a photo ID law.

300, the point isn't that there are only 5 people cheating out of 20,000,000. The point is that without proper id there are many more that do get away with it. In a close election it's a huge advantage for one of the parties to have some of their voters getting a second vote. That's why we need photo ID's.

It's been posted here before the rampant voting fraud that has been documented in the US in recent elections.

It's nothing new. John F. Kennedy was put in office with a great deal of voter fraud in good ole Chicago. Home to radical communist, socialist, Black Panthers, Obama, Daley, Rahm Emmanuel, etc.

" a special prosecutor assigned to the case brought charges against 650 people, which did not result in convictions.[23] Three Chicago election workers were convicted of voter fraud in 1962 and served short terms in jail.[23] Mazo, the Herald-Tribune reporter, later said that he found names of the dead who had voted in Chicago, along with 56 people from one house.[23] He found cases of Republican voter fraud in southern Illinois, but said the totals didn't match the Chicago fraud he found.[23] After Mazo had published four parts of an intended 12-part voter fraud series documenting his findings which was re-published nationally, he says Nixon requested his publisher stop the rest of the series so as to prevent a constitutional crisis.[23] Nevertheless, the Chicago Tribune wrote that "the election of November 8 was characterized by such gross and palpable fraud as to justify the conclusion that [Nixon] was deprived of victory."[23] Had Nixon won both states, he would have ended up with exactly 270 electoral votes and the presidency, with or without a victory in the popular vote."

Cambridge, I realy don't care which party is doing it. Its wrong and they should be charged with a crime. But I can also say I really don't believe anything that comes from queersville newspaper when its a liberal rag.
