COLUMBUS (AP) — A central Ohio grand jury has indicted three people for allegedly voting more than once in past elections.
Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said the indictments Tuesday charged the three with felony voter fraud. All allegedly tried to vote twice by absentee ballot, two of them in the 2010 general election and one in the 2008 primary election.
Illegal voting is a 4th-degree felony, punishable by up to 18 months in prison.
The three cases were referred to the prosecutor’s office by a unanimous vote of the county board of elections in Columbus. The county referred cases of suspected double voting to the prosecutor’s office in 2007 and 2009. Both resulted in convictions.

And to think I was called an idiot for supporting ID laws by one of my fellow democratic detractors. For all I know these could be republicans voting twice, it doesn't say in the article. But in this day and age there is so much identity theft that we need verification even if you cash a check and the bank teller knows you.
So, 5 people out of nearly 20 million voters.
Sounds systematic to me. Not to mention, we somehow caught them while not having a photo ID law.

There's been plenty more cases. This is just once instance. They aren't even attempting to regulate this. Imagine the true numbers extrapolated country-wide. Imagine the numbers if IDs were required and voter fraud was actually scrutinized. I believe your myopic view would change.
300, the point isn't that there are only 5 people cheating out of 20,000,000. The point is that without proper id there are many more that do get away with it. In a close election it's a huge advantage for one of the parties to have some of their voters getting a second vote. That's why we need photo ID's.
Just read the prvious article about the Salvation Army extendind its Christmas program and it says, must have photo ID, birth certificates for all, proff of income.... Not asking too much for photo ID to vote!!!!

It's nothing new. John F. Kennedy was put in office with a great deal of voter fraud in good ole Chicago. Home to radical communist, socialist, Black Panthers, Obama, Daley, Rahm Emmanuel, etc.
