Youngstown State loses 35-28

The Youngstown State football team blew a 21-point lead and fell to Illinois State 35-28 in Saturday's game in Normal, Ill.

The Penguins led 28-7 in the opening minutes of the second quarter, then collapsed, giving up 28 straight points.

YSU falls to 4-2, including 1-2 in the conference.

I think this team was coach to meet certain goals this year. Beat Pitt, beat Northern Iowa, beat the lower FCS schools. The only one goal I do not think they will not achieve is getting to the playoffs. There are no adjustments made by our offensive and defensive after the other teams coachs make their adjustments. I see no killer- put away the game instinct like back in the championship years. The game was pitiful to watch on T.V. Do we have line backers on the defense. That use to be our strength.

This is on the head coach, need to have control of the team. I don't agree with the dancing on the sidelines...
