Kiwanis past president will speak downtown

YOUNGSTOWN

Alan Penn, immediate past president of Kiwanis International, will speak at the Downtown Kiwanis Club’s noon meeting Friday in the auditorium of the Downtown YMCA. This will be part of the celebration of 25 Years of Women in Kiwanis.
