Dinner to raise funds for training

A spaghetti dinner will be served from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at First Church of the Nazarene, 1822 Vienna Road, as a fundraiser to help train Jake, a Newfoundland therapy dog, to aid his owner Austin, an autistic boy, when he has seizures or gets lost.

Adult dinners cost $7. Kids from 3 to 12 eat for $5, and those 2 and under eat free.

A 50-50 raffle and basket auction also are planned.
