Parole violation brings five years in prison
Trent Rapp, former owner of the Canfield Dairy Queen, will go to jail for five years.
Rapp, 44 of Beaver Township, had previously been sentenced on May 30 to five years’ probation on convictions for marijuana trafficking, cocaine possession, corrupting another with drugs, possessing criminal tools, illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material and two counts of pandering sexually oriented material.
He also was ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case and to register as Tier 1 sex offender.
But Rapp, who formerly owned and operated the Dairy Queen in Canfield, was later arrested by the Adult Parole Authority for violating those terms.

He should have never had parole to begin with.
Yes,Good thing he didn't exactley reoffend but sounds like he could not live up to rules of parole. I read he did try to make contact with the minor involved in original case. So sad that he was even given the opportunity to reoffend. The criminal justice system of Mahoning County should be ashamed of itself.Probation for that kind of offense -must be nice to have money.
They should have given him 20years in the first place without parole.
