NJ Gov. Christie to attend Romney ‘Victory Rally’ in Lordstown Tuesday afternoon

LORDSTOWN
Republican New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will highlight a “Victory Rally” at Lordstown Village Park on Tuesday, the Mitt Romney for President campaign announced today.
The park is located at the intersection of state Route 45 and Salt Springs Road in the village, home of the sprawling General Motors Co. Lordstown assembly plant.
The rally program is expected to begin at 3:05 p.m., the staff said.
Christie has been campaigning on behalf of Romney and other GOP candidates over the past week in Washington, Montana, Michigan and North Dakota.
Additional details on the rally and Christie’s plans were not released this morning.

Why isn't Christie governing the state of New Jersey, which he's being paid to do? If one of the public employees under him took off and gallivanted all over the country, especially being paid at various points, the public employee would be fired immediately. Doesn't Christie realize he's a public employee, too?
