Struthers man arraigned on felony charges in Boardman

Published: Thu, November 29, 2012 @ 7:15 p.m.

BOARDMAN — A 29-year-old Struthers man appeared tonight in Mahoning County Area Court on several felony charges stemming from a theft that led to a chase involving several local police departments.

Ronny Daviduk is charged with failure to comply, obstructing official business, receiving stolen property and possession of criminal tools, all felonies.

Daviduk is suspected of attempting to steal a television Wednesday from the English Pub’s outdoor patio here. When the suspect’s description was broadcast by dispatchers about 4 p.m. that day, a Boardman police officer spotted Daviduk driving on Midlothian Boulevard, according to reports.

Daviduk also is suspected of stealing another outdoor television at the same pub within the last week, records show.

When police tried to stop Daviduk, he drove into Youngstown's South Side and then Mill Creek Park before fleeing the car on foot into a ravine near East Newport Drive, reports stated. Youngstown and Mill Creek MetroParks police responded.

Daviduk was found on a back porch of a house on Kiwatha Road and was missing a shoe, police said.

The car he was driving was found to be stolen out of Austintown, police said.

Daviduk also faces charges in Youngstown Municipal Court for failure to comply, obstructing official business, receiving stolen property, possession of criminal tools, and operating a vehicle in a willful or wanton disregard relating to the chase.

Most people in Youngstown have a family member distant or otherwise who can be traced to a crime. Employment is still the best defense against criminal activity. Prosperity is still elusive for far too many in the city.

Its more than that there are about 5 Daviduks and they are all criminals, crack smoking, drug dealer, pieces of garbage. Look up their criminal records. you always see either a Daviduk being arrested for something or a Clinkscale

LtMacGowan, the guy who tried to steal copper was not Ronny's brother. If you didn't know that then you most likely don't know my family. Also, not every single one of us are "criminals". Absolutely pathetic.

Let us see what we can see shall we?
Ray Daviduk 5 5 court appearances
Rick Daviduk 6 Court appearances
Ronny Daviduk 26, yes TWENTY SIX court appearances
Lets take a closer look shall we? Felony possession of drugs, Felony Theft, Possession of drug abuse instruments (which means either a crack pipe or a syringe), Theft, Theft, Felony Theft, Felony Breaking & Entering

Lets see A Daviduk, would you be the one with the DUI or the debt collectors dream?

and forgive me if I can't recall which of the many Daviduks it was that left his partner to die at the Belle Vista Sub station after trying to jack a transformer.

Yeah you do end up with a lot more free time when you're not constantly in court and or jail.

Would you like me to come in the day time? I don't want to cut into your family's time to break into houses and cars. Times are tough with the recession and all. Don't want to deprive you of your economic livelihood.

Also I do apologize for my tardiness is replying, however, it took several attempts to decipher what you were attempting to communicate in your non coherent message. I guess Whitney Houston was right. Crack really is whack.

Since you keep throwing the word around perhaps I should give you an education on it. a charge of slander under the Ohio Revised Code is only applicable if a statement made by one person about another communicated or published is knowingly false. Furthermore the party alleging slander must prove that the party knew the statement was false and intended that statement to misrepresent the facts to cause personal or financial harm to said person.

The information I published about legal preceding against no less than 6 separate Daviduks were all freely available matters of public record.

Perhaps if one does not wish the constitutionally protected statement that your family is comprised of a large number of criminals, you shouldn't have almost 50 separate court filings against them.

Also I have no doubt that with in a short space of time I will have yet another opportunity to comment on new legal charges against a member of the Daviduk family since the Vindicator seems to report on them with alarming frequency. Perhaps the Vindicator is "slandering" you as well.
