OSU 7, Michigan 7, first quarter

Ohio State and Michigan are tied at 7 midway through the first quarter. The Buckeyes scored first on a 3-yard run by tailback Carlos Hyde. The score was set up by a 52-yard pass from quarterback Braxton Miller to wide receiver Devin Smith.

Michigan tied the game at the 7:10 mark of the first quarter on a 75-yard touchdown pass from Devin Gardner to Roy Roundtree.
