YOUNGSTOWN
Youngstown police have identified the man murdered on the East Side this morning as 28-year-old Oneil Williams of Pontiac Michigan.
Police found Williams dead of a gunshot wound to the head on the floor of an Atkinson Avenue home. Police have not made any arrest in connection to the murder, but are looking to speak with people who may have information on what took place inside the house. A man and woman living at the house were questioned and released.
Police have not given a potential motive for the shooting. Williams is the city’s 26th homicide of 2012. The city recorded its 25th homicide less than 48 hours before police found Williams. Tamarick Moore, 18, was murdered while sitting in a vehicle on the city’s South Side Sunday. There have been no arrests in Moore’s murder.

:) Good fine Lifes2Short.
Was Oneil even legal to have left Michigan? Change of address has to be registered and approved. The guy as an offender isn't at liberty to freely roam the country.
