Struthers man charged with shooting gun while intoxicated

Police charged a Struthers man with using a weapon while intoxicated.

David A. Zagorsky Jr., 22, of Brandon Avenue was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Sunday in a wooded area north of Broad Street in Lowellville.

Police said officers were called because of a bonfire party going on in the woods.

They said Zagorsky was legally allowed to have the gun, but not to shoot it while he was intoxicated. They said he fired the gun, a .357 Magnum 5-shot revolver, into the woods to show it off.
