WALLINGFORD, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say a Philadelphia-area man fatally whipped his 6-year-old nephew with a belt because he wouldn’t follow instructions.
Delaware County prosecutors say 38-year-old Paul Adams beat Tyreece Charlow with a large belt for 45 minutes on Saturday night at the home they shared in Wallingford.
Nether Providence Township police say Adams held the boys hands and whipped him until he bled, then cleaned his wounds and sent him to bed. Authorities say Charlow was pronounced dead at a hospital after Adams found him unresponsive.
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports an autopsy determined the cause of death to be blunt-force trauma.
Adams was placed in jail without bail Saturday on charges including first-degree murder. Court records don’t list an attorney for him.

I don't understand this kind of savagery.
But to execute him would be cruel and unusual punishment.
He could do this to a innocent child and have the bleeding hearts stick up for this piece of filth on Death Row.
And another example of a CLEAR CUT case for the person who said that they are hard to figure out.
That would be a good way to get rid of this sicko bully. This country needs to bring back the firing squad and the hanging tree. Let the public decide if a person is guilty and get it over with.
how about stoning him to death slowly over 45 minutes...
He'd make a great pinata and let whomever so desires hit him until his insides fall out. Then hit him some more.
The prison inmates will dispense justice on this dirt bag.
