LISBON
A 4-year-old boy was injured when he was struck by a car while trick-or-treating on East Lincoln Way.
Lisbon police said the incident happened at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday. The boy was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown after the accident.
Police said late Wednesday they didn’t know the severity of the boy’s injuries and the matter is under investigation.
