OHSAA Competitive Balance Referendum fails by 38 votes

The Competitive Balance Referendum, which would have radically restructured how high school teams in Ohio compete for state championships, was defeated by 38 votes. The Ohio High School Athletic Association announced the voting results on Wednesday.
