MEN'S RALLY || Presenters



Six speakers shared their testimonials, challenges and words of hope at the third Men’s Rally in the Valley at the Covelli Centre in downtown Youngstown. They were:

Danny Cahill, a motivational speaker who was the winner of the popular NBC-TV show “The Biggest Loser” during its eighth season for having lost 239 pounds. This singer and songwriter also has appeared on NBC’s “Today Show” and the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno.”

Rev. Rodney Maiden, who has served 30 years as senior pastor of Providence Baptist Church in Euclid, Ohio. He’s also heard at 8 p.m. Saturdays on WCRF-FM, a Cleveland radio station.

Nick “the Greek” Pirovolos, an ex-convict who wrote his autobiography, “Too Mean to Die,” in which he discusses his life in the Ohio Penitentiary and his faith in God.

Rev. Jay Radman, who has served more than four years as pastor of the Lord’s Community Church in East Liverpool.

Rev. John Ryser, five-year pastor of Damascus Friends Church after having served 17 years as superintendent in another church.

Everett A. Whiteside, founder and overseer of Higher Praise Covenant Church, a multicultural ministry in Warren.
