NILES — Construction will start within a month for the new hotel/banquet center complex at the Eastwood Mall, Cafaro Co. officials said today.
TMI Hospitality, based in North Dakota, will operate the hotel, which will be a Residence Inn by Marriott. Cafaro officials said they are still looking for someone to operate the banquet center.
