Catholic Charities of Diocese of Youngstown assisting tornado victims

YOUNGSTOWN — Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Youngstown, working in collaboration with Catholic Charities USA, the domestic disaster agency of U.S. Catholic Bishops, is accepting donations to assist families and communities impacted by the recent severe storms and tornadoes.

Catholic Charities USA will use donations to support local Catholic Charities and other Catholic sponsored agencies working in these impacted areas with short- and long-term support to rebuild.

To donate, visit the web site at www.ccdoy.org for electronic donations; or send donations to: Catholic Charities, Diocese of Youngstown (memo line: Severe Storm 2012 Fund), 144 W. Wood St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503.

It's too bad Obama is trying to shut down Catholic Charities with his HHS mandate! Who will we be able to count on to help those in need?
