Safe surrender programs organized
Fugitives in Trumbull and Columbiana counties with warrants charging them with non-violent crimes will be given the opportunity to peacefully turn themselves in to authorities later this month.
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine’s office will be sponsoring two Fugitive Safe Surrender programs simultaneously in Columbiana and Trumbull counties.

Offer free food and a new 60inch plasma, like them sting operations you see on t.v. sometimes. Video tape it and play it on pbs.
