Miss Cartwright, Mr. Key to wed in open ceremony

BOARDMAN

John and Janice Cartwright and Susan Key are announcing the engagement of their children, Megan Cartwright and Tom Key, all of Boardman. Mr. Key also is the son of the late George Key.

St. Charles Church in Boardman will be the setting for the couple’s Aug. 3 open wedding ceremony at 3 p.m.

Invitations will be extended for a reception to take place at The Maronite Center in Youngstown.

The bride-elect attends Youngstown State University, pursuing a degree in special education, while employed there as a desk attendant at Cafaro House. She also is employed as a workshop substitute with Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Boardman.

The prospective groom is a graduate of YSU, where he earned a degree in electrical utility technology. He is employed as an electrical lineman with First Energy in Youngstown.
