WARREN
Police have identified the man found shot to death Thursday evening on Third Street Southwest as Domin’Que L. Hugley, 21, of Saratoga Avenue Southwest.
A second man injured by gunfire in the same episode is Tyrone L. Dorsey Jr., 21, of Northwest Boulevard Northwest. He was taken to St. Joseph Health Center with non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
Police were called to a gas station at West Market Street and Tod Avenue at 7:48 p.m. by Dorsey, who fled from the scene of the shooting on Third Street and called police from the gas station.
Police were advised that a second man had been shot near Third Street and Highland and found Hugley, face down in the side yard of 796 Third St.
Hugley was dead at the scene.
A resident living close to the shooting scene said she heard shots, looked out the window and saw a light-colored van fleeing the scene south with its sliding door open.
She did not see any shots being fired from the van, she said.
Officers found a spent bullet in the road, along with shattered vehicle glass on Hayes Avenue, just east of the location where Hugley was found.
A dollar bill was found a short distance north of the bullet in the southbound lane.

I bet if a white president would've come up with this health care reform you would be all for it. Just say what you really want and be truthful with yourself and everyone else. It gets tiresome to see you white ppl hating the very ppl you come from. And that's scientifically known and proven. All of the human race comes from AFRICA and BLACK PPL. As far as Obama Care, he should have went with the universal Health care like the rest of the countries in the civilized world. Just ask their citizens how they like it. Everyone has to pay more taxes for it, but unlike us, their rich pays a whole lot more and you don't see them complaining about it!!!! And those countries are healthier than we are. I bet if it had been a white kid in a white neighborhood, this comment would have never been made. Where was all this hoopla when the kid in Canfield got shot!!!!!
Jessiedavid: My understanding of your supposition is this...........all people without healthcare benefits are "drug dealers/drug users". Those people also seem to be your definition of those who are needy. It would follow then that all the needy people in this country are addicts. I'm sure that knowledge will give comfort to the folks I work with at a community center, who's only hot meals are the ones we are able to provide them with three days a week. Many are unable to buy proper food for themselves, because they must make a choice between medications or food. Are those the drug users you refer to?

Since drug dealers and drug users typically aren't responsible enough to pay for their own health care coverage, maybe Buckwheat Bob Hagan can try to organize them into a public union. Then, we could pay for their HC via our taxes. But, you really shouldn't have made this a racial issue. What do you think your relatives in Cameroon would say?
I just hope they get the spelling correct on Domin’Que L. Hugley's headstone.
What frost my arse is if I go to an ER with a legit medical issue, I got to wait behind all these low-life crackheaded hilljacks and shines to get care that I have to frackin pay for while they walk out scott free! Let em rot!

You should really know by now that if you did not support or vote for Barack Hussein Obama, you are a blanket racist! Why else wouldn't you have voted for the Messiah? And, let's face it, when you use the expression "hard working taxpayers", this is code for white people and "drug dealers/drug users" is code for black people. Please, get this straight.
So many prejudices being read into this story by people. It doesn't say anything about drugs .
Also ,the fact is Mr Obama is half white , 7/16 Arab & only 1/16 black . He may not be the first President with any black heritage .
