POWER TO THE PEOPLE! We need to put a $1.00 per gallon environmental tax on motor fuels right now. These price raises are going to the oil companies and we need to get our share by taxation.
Well of course
export gasoline until you can create the supply/demand to raise prices. I think whatever the price of a gallon of gasoline that should be added as a tax to every gallon of gas exported. So with a tax of 3.37 a gallon for exports I bet the price would go down. Also dont we give these companies billions in tax breaks so the can export?
And Obama and the most liberal part of the state (Northeast Ohio's elected officials) sit back and do nothing. Since 12/2008, gas prices have gone up, up, up and Washington does nothing. Forget this Government! Obama skipped over Congress to appoint Richard Cordray to his new position so why not skip Congress and take the control out of these enormous oil companies? Oh wait...that makes too much sense.
It's only going to get worse. Wait until spring.
