Gasoline prices fall slightly
YOUNGSTOWN
Ohio gasoline prices have dropped by more than a dime after two weeks of increases.
The state’s average price for regular gas was $3.33 per gallon in the latest survey from auto club AAA, the Oil Price Information Service and Wright Express. That compares with about $3.45 last Monday.
In the Mahoning Valley, gas averages $3.39 per gallon, down about two cents compared to last week.
Last year at this time, Ohio motorists were paying about $3.04, on average.
Oil prices have held relatively steady for the last few months, but some analysts believe prices will be pushed lower this year because of anticipated weak global economic growth.

We should put a $4.00 per gallon evironmental impact tax on gasoline. Gas is very cheap compared to what Europeans are paying. Let's get real! Cheap fuel prices are only fueling massive pollution. Green energy needs to be our top priority.

NEW YORK (CNN/Money) – Gasoline prices in the United States, which have recently hit record highs, are actually much lower than in many countries. Drivers in some European cities, like Amsterdam and Oslo, are paying nearly 3 times more than those in the U.S.
STOP, you must stop making such idiotic comments. You must be a millionaire. What do you think a $4.00 per gallon tax would do to this economy. You know you are kidding, right? No one could be that stupid
toycannon STOP is that stupid !!!! He still believes in the tooth fairy too. He thnks Hagan walks on water too.
One other thing Where is Buckwheat and Goofberry? I thought for sure I'd would see them on TV taking credit for the few cents that gas has dropped
Stop, if you like the prices that Europe pays ---then move there!! Why should that have any bearing on the prices in the USA?
