YOUNGSTOWN — All public libraries in the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County system will close at 2 p.m. today due to weather conditions.
A final decision on library hours for Thursday will be made early Thursday morning, but the system’s libraries will not open before 10 a.m. Thursday.
