CAMPBELL — Police are looking for a man who fled during a traffic stop. Luis J. Colon, 31, of East Dewey Avenue, Youngstown, is being sought after he stopped his car and fled on foot around 1:30 p.m. Monday.
An officer tried to stop Colon’s car on Gladstone Street because of objects hanging from his rearview mirror that obstructed his view, a police report says.
Colon’s car was still in drive when he left it and began to run, falling in front of the police cruiser, the report says.
He was ordered to lay on the ground, but got up and fled into a park, rolling down a hill and hitting his head on a glass bottle. He got up and continued to run. The officer chased him but lost sight of him.

What a loser, that would have been hilarious seeing this Benny Hill wannabe do this.....Useless DNA.
I want to know what kind of cop seen all that happen and still could not catch him. Police should have to be physically fit throughout their career, not just when hired. At least we know he had good site!
What the heck?
We need a public all eyes bulletin for a guy wanted for hanging dingle berries from his mirror?
Colon is hanging out in the back alley.
